Is there parking available at the store?
There is free parking available throughout town, however there is a two-hour parking limit on the street Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Can we bring in food and drinks?
There is a cleaning fee of $30 to bring in food, cake, drinks and decor. If it is a private session, you are allowed to bring in beer/wine without a corking charge.
Are reservations required in advance?
Yes, reservations are recommended to reserve a seat. We do, however, accept walk-ins at the beginning of each session if space is available.
When should I arrive for my session?
We guarantee your reservation up to 45 minutes. We highly encourage you to come at the start of your session to allow you enough time to finish your project.
What happens if I do not finish my project during my session?
You can take the project home with you.
Do the guests in the same party/group have to make the same projects?
No, everyone in your party can choose different projects.
Can someone in my group not do a project?
Yes, however fees are charged on a per-seat basis. If someone would like to take their kit home unmade, that is an option.
If I finish my project early, can I do another one?
Yes, we offer second projects at a discounted price.

How can I make sure my friends/group and I can sit together?
When you book your reservation online, you can add notes in your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Should I tip my creative assistant?
Tips are not required but you’re welcome to tip!

Are kids allowed to attend a crafting session?
Our crafts are recommended for ages 8 and up. However, we have painting projects that younger kids can do. We have tools like hammers and scissors on open tables, so we do not recommend young kids without supervision.
Can I drop off my kids for a crafting session?
Yes, you can drop off your kids ages 8 and older. There is a $10 kids day out charge per child (ages 8-12) if you wish to leave them in the care of CraftBox during our regular crafting sessions. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I purchase Craftbox t-shirts?
Yes, based on availability.
