CraftBox is now accepting online orders for CraftBox Kits, a brand new, all-in-one box available for select projects! All you need on hand are a few simple household tools. For $35.00, CraftBox will provide the rest of the materials needed for you to craft something special from the comfort of your own home.How does this work?

 Get your kit Have your order shipped directly to your home or pick-up your order at our retail store. Same day pick-up is available from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday for all orders received by noon. |
 Get crafting! Although your CraftBox Kit includes detailed, step-by-step instructions, we encourage you to have fun, be your creative self and truly make the project your own! |

When will my order be ready for pick-up?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick-up.
Can I use my CraftBox Gift Card?
If you would like to use a CraftBox Gift Card to order your CraftBox Kit, please e-mail us or give us a call at 408-560-9945 to complete your order.
Can my order be shipped directly to my home?
Yes! CraftBox is able to ship orders directly to your home.
Is same day pick-up available?
Same day pick-up is available from 4 to 6 PM, Tuesday through Sunday for all orders received by NOON.
Where do I go to pick-up my order?
Online orders will be available for pick-up at our retail store, located at 21 W Main St., Los Gatos, CA 95030.
Contactless, curbside pick up is also available. Park at the designated Los Gatos Reserved Curbside Parking Sign across the street from the store and give us a call at 408-560-9945.
Can I choose my yarn colors if I do not like the standard colors?
Yes, please indicate which colors you would like when placing an order for your CraftBox Kit.
Options include white, ivory, beige, tan, brown, gray, charcoal, black, lavender, purple, rose, red, mauve, pumpkin spice, golden yellow, olive, sage, ice blue, denim blue, navy, & teal.
